Powerful machine with direct flail shaft drive
The AS 1020 Yak 2 WD is driven by a Briggs & Stratton V-Twin Vanguard two-cylinder engine. The horizontal engine delivers a maximum power of 23 HP (17.2 kW) with a displacement of 627 cm3 and transmits power directly to the flail shaft via V-belts. Optimum fresh air supply is ensured by the cyclonic air filter. With the exception of the 2-wheel drive rear wheel drive, it is identical to its 4-wheel drive brother, the AS 1040 YAK 4WD.
