Small, light and manoeuvrable. Weighing in at 30 kg and with a cutting width of 42 cm, the AS 420 ProClip 4T mulching mower is perfect for finishing work in tight, winding spots. At the same time, this manoeuvrable mulching mower with its 5.7 HP is equipped for every application. The Briggs & Stratton engine not only provides ample power, but also, thanks to its asymmetrical layout, excellent handling thanks to balanced weight distribution. The AS 420 ProClip 4T also features a third crankshaft bearing for optimum engine protection if an obstacle is not detected in time. The bell-shaped galvanised steel mulching housing with reinforced edge ensures a long service life and is a guarantee of solidity and safety even in difficult conditions.
Special wheels with double ball bearings make it easy to push and handle the mulching mower. What’s more, the special wedge shape of the front wheels separates the grass and ensures that there is very little pressure on the grass before the cutterbar. The result is a perfect cut with no wheel tracks. The spring-loaded central cutting height adjuster makes it easy to choose between 5 heights, from 40 to 80 mm, using your foot or hand.

Mulching saves time and money.
The low mulching deck and special mulching blade ensure perfect mulching. The blade cuts grass of up to 18 cm very cleanly and at the same time produces a flow of air that regularly swirls the cut grass in the housing. Thanks to the swirling of the grass blades and the mulching blade with its multiple cutting edges, the grass is shredded and defibred several times. The cut grass virtually disappears into the mown lawn and the mulching layer produced protects the lawn from drying out quickly. What’s more, you save up to 30% time compared to mowers with bags, because there’s no need to empty the bag. And there’s no cost or time lost disposing of the cut grass.
