Efficient mulching without noise or exhaust fumes
Whether near hospitals, crèches or residential areas, the AS 470 E-ProClip A is the ideal machine for lawn maintenance in urban environments. Its battery-powered drive means it works without emissions, exhaust fumes or noise. Strenuous hand and arm vibrations are significantly reduced, and maintenance is kept to a minimum. The new 56-volt AS-Motor electric motor has the power of a conventional 200cc petrol engine. It is powered by one or two professional hand-held batteries, each rated at 10 Ah. Together, they provide an enormous 1,120 watt-hours of power.

Constant speed, a special shredding blade and special wheels with double ball bearings ensure a perfect cut. The cutting height can be centrally adjusted from (30)40-80 mm.

With its 47 cm cutting width and traction drive, the AS 470 E-ProClip A is ideal for medium-sized lawns. In the event of impacts, the motor is optimally protected by a third motor shaft bearing and a friction clutch on the blade.

Mowing without a grassbox saves 30% time
The deep, galvanised steel mulching deck provides the volume needed to ensure that the cut grass is not only mown, but also shredded into fine particles in a single operation. After cutting, the grass is uniformly turbulenced in the mulching deck and shredded several times by the shredding blade. The mulch then penetrates almost invisibly into the lawn, providing it with the nutrients and moisture it needs. The resulting layer of mulch protects the lawn from drying out quickly. Another advantage for the user is the time savings of up to 30% compared with mowing with a grassbox. There’s no need to empty or dispose of grass clippings.
