The professional mower of all lawn mowers. This mower, a 3in1 version with several special features, can be used wherever lawn care is required: On sloping ground or in narrow places. The AS 531 3in1 mower is now equipped with a mulching kit as standard, which can be fitted and removed without the need for tools, depending on what you want to do. It can be used as a mower or mulching machine with or without a collection bag, so 3in1. The 2-stroke engine of the AS 531 3in1 complies with the current EU exhaust gas directive 97/68/EC. Since the lubrication of the AS 2-stroke engine is insensitive to the position of the engine, it is possible to work on slopes of 40° and more without damaging the engine. The limits of use are exclusively imposed by the safety of the user. The 2-stroke AS engine is also equipped with an EasyStart function as standard. The digital CDI ignition system halves the speed required to start the engine, so that the professional lawnmower starts very easily. The high torque of the 2-stroke engine ensures that all the grass cuttings reach the grass catcher bag, even when the grass is high and wet. The grass catcher bag has a capacity of 75 litres and a fill indicator. The AS 531 3in1 is the only mower in its class with a safety brake and differential lock. As soon as the blade coupling lever is released, the parking brake is activated and brings the machine to a halt, even on slopes. This is a safety feature for the operator. The open V-shape of the handlebars with the operating concept developed by AS-Motor relieves the operator of the machine: The left hand can be used to adjust the speed between 3.0 and 4.5 km/h with the Variomatic lever while driving. The right hand drives and operates the blade coupling, the drive and the parking brake. The blade coupling allows the blade to be stopped, for example, when emptying the grass catcher bag, without having to stop and restart the engine. The AS 531 3in1 can easily pass along house walls and bushes or near parked cars thanks to the swivelling handlebar. The handlebars are mounted on a rubber support and feature VibrationProtect vibration damping, which reduces vibrations in the hands and arms. The intelligent weight distribution also ensures ergonomic handling and fatigue-free work.
