Designed to mow and mulch tall grass. The AS 62 4T B&S feels particularly at home on level terrain with many obstacles, such as orchards, and shreds growth up to 90 cm high. Thanks to freewheels on both sides of the wheel drive and the movable front wheels, the all-mower is easy to manoeuvre. Ideal for private customers as well as service providers and municipalities.

Equipped with a Briggs&Stratton 850 PXi engine, the AS 62 4T B&S performs its work reliably. The engine has a maximum output of 5.7 hp and a displacement of 190 cm³. The engine shaft and blade shaft are separated from each other by the blade clutch. This provides the best possible protection for the engine if the blade collides with stones or roots, for example. The high cutting force (torque) at the blade results from a reduction ratio of engine speed to blade of 1.6:1.

Equipped with a cross-blade system, the AS 62 4T B&S reliably cuts and shreds the material fed to it at cutting heights of 50-100mm. These are adjusted axle-wise, steplessly at the front and in five steps at the rear. The tapered mowing bonnet also ensures an even and ideal crop flow. The operator can continuously select a travel speed between 1.8 and 3.8 km/h. The two freewheels in the wheel drive and the movable front wheels enable comfortable steering, turning and manoeuvring around obstacles, even while driving.

The laterally adjustable V-handlebar has VibrationProtect as standard, which reduces hand-arm vibrations to a minimum. In addition, the height of the handlebar can be adjusted easily and comfortably. For easy transport, the AS 62 4T B&S can be “folded”. This allows transport by car without a trailer.
