Robust engine and comfortable drive
The AS 915 Sherpa 2WD is powered by a Briggs&Stratton Professional 7220 two-cylinder engine with a capacity of 656 cm³, which delivers a maximum of 22 HP and is also equipped with an oil and fuel pump. The drive is hydrostatic and therefore progressive. One-handed operation via the driving lever allows speeds of 0 to 10.5 km/h forward and 0 to 8.2 km/h reverse to be selected. The special feature: the mechanical parking brake is integrated in the driving lever. For additional traction, the differential lock can be activated at any time by means of a foot pedal.

Closed floating cutting deck
Equipped with a cross-blade system and a closed mowing deck, the AS 915 Sherpa 2WD mower perfectly mulches vegetation up to 120 cm high. Thanks to the floating suspension, the mowing deck adapts to the ground and thus protects the blades and the lawn when it crosses a bump, for example. The cutting heights are centrally adjusted in steps from 50 to 105 mm.

Sitting ‘in’ the machine
Thanks to the sunken seating position, the operator is not sitting on, but in the machine, which protects him perfectly from brush, for example. With the length-adjustable bucket seat and the ample legroom, even 1.90 m tall operators find an ergonomic position. For even more comfort, an optional seat suspension package is available. All controls are logically arranged and easily accessible.
