Spire is a new generation almost hiking mountain boot for fast hikes. Uses solutions that are part of La Sportiva’s DNA and combines them with concepts and technologies from the mountain running world for a versatile and, thanks to the new GORE-TEX® SURROUND® technology, waterproof product: an exclusive solution that allows total breathability by increasing the ventilation surface of the upper, insole and midsole in EVA and lateral perforated TPU. The ventilation channels, which are visible on the long side of the midsole, are protected by a small very resistant mono-bava nylon net to prevent the penetration of small stones and impurities. The mid-cut upper has been realized with Nano-Cells 2.0™ structure, which is composed of super breathable small cells and cooperates with the GORE-TEX® SURROUND® for increased breathability. The lower part of the shoe has been integrated by the Stability Control System™, which provides anti-torsion stabilization and integrates the ventilation channels of the GORE-TEX® SURROUND® technology. The shoe tread with Vibram XS Trek compound provides optimal grip on hard, soft and muddy surfaces. Breathability and comfort around the clock.
