Trango Tech Leather GTX is a breathable and waterproof leather boot designed for alpine hiking: especially lightweight, comfortable and durable thanks to the nubuck upper. Perfect for technical approaches and work uses by rescue workers and mountain guides. The clean, modern upper design has minimized seams to increase overall waterproofing. It is a highly durable product due to the use of high quality leathers and protective microfiber inserts on the upper. The anti-shock low-density polyurethane midsole with protective PU-Skin reduces impact with the ground and promotes prolonged use of the product while rubber toe and heel protectors prevent from impacts with rocks and roots.Like every La Sportiva Trango Series product, it adopts the 3D-Flex System ankle joint that promotes mobility and supports in the dynamic phase. The tongue integrated into the upper is made of soft, stretchy fabric for maximum wearing comfort also enhanced by the ergonomic shape and snug fit. The La Sportiva Cube by Vibram sole with lightened shims further reduces weight for a lightweight, modern backpacking boot.
