The robust material mix with climate-regulating and odour-inhibiting merino wool is equipped with an all-round mesh system that ensures optimum ventilation. To ensure that the foot is not only well ventilated but also optimally protected, material reinforcements in sensitive areas provide additional cushioning and protect against abrasion. Thanks to the comfort waistband, ergonomic right/left fit and a special stabilisation zone around the ankle, annoying slipping of the knee socks is a thing of the past. The soft and supple material prevents creasing and, together with the flat seams, prevents unpleasant blisters and pressure points. This makes the ALPINE MID SOCKS the perfect companion for long hikes on hot summer days.
