We have improved our MERINO NATURETEC collection down to the smallest detail for the ski mountaineering season! The material of the men’s BACUN PANTS now offers more stability while maintaining the same freedom of movement.

Of course we have retained the functional structure of the material: the fine Merino wool fibres on the inside are woven directly into the protective polyamide shell. Without the use of a membrane, we are able to achieve exceptional breathability. Thanks to the special tight weave, the material is extremely windproof and water-repellent. On the inside, Merino fibres guarantee perfect moisture and temperature regulation. The natural fibre absorbs moisture and transports it into the fibre core and from there releases it to the outside. The surface always remains dry and pleasant on the skin.

Features such as the elastic waistband adjustment and the quickly adaptable elastic leg bottom hem give these men’s ski touring trousers an optimal fit. Even more comfort is provided by the new Merino mesh inserts at the waist. In addition, the men’s BACUN PANTS are cut slightly higher to protect the back from the cold and snow. The optimised integrated gaiters with silicone lining at the leg bottom also protect you from snow. In the thigh pocket you can easily stow your A.R.T.VA device, while the light integrated carabiner prevents its loss. Other small items that may be needed during a ski mountaineering trip can be stowed in the two hip pockets. And if the trip gets a bit strenuous: the side zips help to cool down during the demanding climbs!

The men’s BACUN PANTS are available in different lengths: SHORT (-5cm), REGULAR and LONG (+5cm).
The ORTOVOX SUSPENDERS can also be attached additionally to ski touring trousers: the braces are light, comfortable, extraordinarily functional and can be attached with great ease.
