Dual adjustable lanyard for canyoning

Designed for canyoning, DUAL CANYON GUIDE is an easy-to-use lanyard intended for independent practitioners and supervisors. It allows progression on a handrail with overcoming splits and optimal positioning at the belay. It installs directly on the axis of the CANYON GUIDE harness’ opening attachment point. The ADJUST ascender ensures quick and easy adjustment, thanks to its ergonomic shape. Plastic sheaths keep the carabiners in the correct position and protect the seams from abrasion.

Detailed description.
Easy-to-use lanyard intended for independent practitioners and canyoning supervisors:
– installs directly on the axis of the CANYON GUIDE harness opening attachment point for a small footprint,
– quick and easy one-handed adjustable head adjustment with the ADJUST ascender,
– carabiner facilitated by correct positioning of the connectors, thanks to the TANGA ring on the adjustable head and the plastic sheath on the fixed head.
Versatility of use:
– at the belay: adjustable leader to adjust the length of the lanyard for optimal stability,
– at progression on a handrail: fixed and adjustable leader of the same length for easier belaying when overcoming splits.
Resistance:
– plastic sheaths at the end of the garments to protect the seams from abrasion,
– individual identification marking on the plastic sheath to control the equipment throughout its life.
Dynamic rope lanyard to reduce the force transmitted to the user in the event of a fall from a low height (1).

(1) Use below the anchor point: positioning lanyards have no energy absorber. Therefore, these lanyards should only be used if the fall risk involves a fall factor of less than 1.
