Designed for classic mountaineering:
– 12-point crampons for better grip and comfort when walking,
– two long, wide front points for effective grip and good hold on hard snow,
– length of the tips optimized for precise bearings, ensuring effective grip,
– ANTISNOW anti-clog system to reduce snow clog formation, whatever the state of the snow,
– available with two binding systems to fit all boots with or without edge: LEVERLOCK UNIVERSEL for boots with back edge, FLEXLOCK for boots without front and back edge,
– bi-position adjustment bars to fit a wide range of sizes (36 to 50),
– tool-free crampon length adjustment,
– steel crampons for maximum strength.
Optimized weight: 892 g maximum with the ANTISNOW anti-balling system.
Full modularity, thanks to the ALPEN ADAPT system:
– interchangeable binding system to adapt crampons to all boots, with or without rim, depending on the activity,
– front blocks, bars, anti-buckle system and binding system to be replaced independently,
– compatible with SARKEN front blocks to transform crampons into technical mountaineering crampons,
– compatible with DART front blocks to transform crampons into ice-climbing crampons.
