When local authorities and landscape gardeners carry out cleaning work in noise-sensitive areas, the noise level of the tool used is a significant factor for the environment. This is why we have significantly reduced noise emissions for residents and passers-by with the new STIHL Noise Reduction System on the STIHL BGA 300 backpack-mounted cordless blower. In addition, the reduction of certain frequencies creates a more pleasant sound. At the same time, the cleaning performance is particularly high thanks to the maximum air speed of 86 m/s. This allows you to quickly blow away even heavy, wet leaves and efficiently clean parks, meadows, paths and roads.
For optimum energy management, you can conveniently set the blowing power on the operating handle with LED display via 4 predefined power levels (levels 1 – 3 and continuous boost) for the respective cleaning task. The quickly adjustable blow tube of the STIHL BGA 300 cordless blower can be shortened in tight areas in no time at all and then extended again just as quickly. The compact design of the STIHL BGA 300 cordless leaf blower also helps you to work effectively, as you need as little space as possible when moving between parked cars, for example.
The ergonomic carrying system with comfortable shoulder straps and hip belt as well as the centre of gravity of the back-mounted STIHL AR L battery close to the body ensure optimum weight distribution. For longer running times and full blowing power, we recommend the back-mounted STIHL AR 3000 L battery. For a lighter weight, you can also equip your blower with the STIHL ADA 1000 double battery shaft adapter and use up to 2 batteries from the STIHL AP system. This allows you to save weight on long jobs. This blower is also prepared for networked working via STIHL connected thanks to the Smart Connector 2 A.
All cordless tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for professional users and for daily use even under adverse weather conditions. They therefore have tested splash water protection. Their effectiveness is verified by demanding internal tests. The splash water test is based on the IPX4 standard, among others.
