The STIHL FSA 80 R cordless brushcutter offers very good cutting performance if you want to mow grass or trim lawn edges quickly and easily on smaller lawns in your home garden. The powerful brush cutter from the STIHL AK system is so quiet that you can use it without hearing protection and even in noise-sensitive areas.

The compact design of the very well-balanced STIHL FSA 80 R and the wrap-around handle with soft component give you flexibility when mowing and a high degree of freedom of movement when mowing between trees and bushes and in other confined areas. Thanks to the quick-release system, you can easily adjust the handle to your height so that you always have an ergonomic working position.

Depending on the application, the brushless EC motor can be adjusted directly on the operating handle via a variable speed control with 2 speed levels. Select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1), for example for simpler tasks such as trimming lawn edges. This reduces energy consumption and extends the battery life. For more complex tasks, such as mowing dense grass, you can use the full speed on the STIHL FSA 80 R by simply switching to level 2 using the slide switch. The speed automatically adjusts to the cutting tool attached and is infinitely variable.

The STIHL FSA 80 R is supplied with the STIHL AutoCut 27-2 cutting head as standard. Other cutting tools are available as an option. The practical suspension eye, for example for the STIHL single carrying strap supplied as standard, can be adjusted to your height without tools. You can hang the STIHL FSA 80 R on the wall using the suspension eye.
